CLAIM 1(a)
PERFORATED DEPLOYMENT ZONE
A garment comprising a sleeve panel having a plurality of perforations arranged in a substantially linear array along the proximal seam, wherein said perforations are configured to facilitate controlled separation of the sleeve from the garment body upon application of a lateral tensile force not exceeding 2.1 Newtons.
CLAIM 2(b)
RAPID TEAR SEAM
The garment of Claim 1, wherein the perforation array defines a tear seam having a deployment time of less than one (1) second under standard field conditions, including but not limited to: elevated stress, poor planning, and the absence of conventional sanitary supplies.
CLAIM 3(a–c)
EMERGENCY WIPE SURFACE
The sleeve panel of Claims 1–2, wherein the interior surface of the distal sleeve section comprises a brushed cotton finish having a softness rating of not less than 7.2 on the Kawabata Evaluation System, suitable for emergency personal hygiene applications in field environments.

FIELD RELEASE EDGE
The garment of Claims 1–3, wherein the distal terminus of the sleeve comprises a reinforced binding edge configured to provide a controlled separation point, preventing unintended tearing beyond the designated deployment zone during normal wear.
